The year of GAS culminates on September 8 at High Noon Saloon: It’s the Official GAS 20th Anniversary Show!

We will have some new songs, some old songs, and some surprises. Just like always, a GAS show is never dull!
We are so excited to have this awesome collection of bands help us celebrate:

The Coolhand Band 8:30
One of the best Madison power pop bands in the ‘90s has reformed and this is their Madison reunion debut, featuring Shinky from the New Recruits, Eric Hartz from Hum Machine, and Troy Nelsen who has been playing in Austin for the last 20 years.

The Pamphleteers 9:15
Drawing on early British Invasion, psychedelia, to new wave, Rebecca Crawford (Rhoda, The Dials), Geoff Atkinson, and Jonathan Ben-Isvy (Teenage Imposters, Returnables) yield tuneful nuggets and aggressively moody dirges that lodge deep in your medial pre-frontal cortex.

Proud Parents 10:05
Madison’s premier pop outfit featuring Claire from Non-Travelin’ Band, Giant People, ETC, Tyler from Fire Heads, Giant People, Heather from The Hussy, and Seraphin from The Gonzo Rongs

The German Art Students 11:00
Much like the parade of New Wave bands that spread equal amounts of pop and snot across the late ‘70s music scene, the local quarter hold nothing sacred. Civil War Reenactments, self-righteous lefty artists, twee-baroque rock bands. They sneer at ‘em all – Tom Laskin

Advance tickets are $10 and are available here:…/1519492-german-art-students-20t…/
by phone at 877-987-6487, and at the High Noon Saloon.

See you there.
